Baked Camembert

Try this most divine way to serve your Camembert, especially if it’s been in the fridge for a while. So easy to prepare and most impressive to serve at your next dinner party.
Serves 2
1 ripe small Camembert 
5ml finely chopped rosemary
Grated lemon rind
Grated orange rind
60 ml white wine
Ciabatta or French bread 
Place the Camembert into an ovenproof dish. Prick the top with a fork. Scatter over the rosemary, lemon and orange rind. Pour over the wine. Place in the oven at 180C for about 10-15 minutes until melted and oozing. Serve immediately with bread for dipping.
